WHERE WE MAKE LEARNING DRUMS FUN FROM LESSON ONE
At the age of 12 I was playing drums with my late father Eric. My dad bought my first drum set when I was just 14 and I was quickly addicted to the sound and groove of the beat. Just the feel and sound and fascination with drums helped me set the foundations for many bands and tours around Europe and abroad on summer seasons and much more! I have added to that with videos, books, master classes and courses. I teach at my own tuition company Beats Workin in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.I currently play the circuit with The Sharon Lewis Band.The teaching methods that I have been using at Beats Workin varies for each depending on what level he or she is at, and what they want to achieve! Timing, rudiments, co-ordination to name but a few, I like to keep lessons fresh and entertaining as well as educational.
